Shipping Policy and Delivery Charges

1. How much are the delivery charges?

A shipping fee of Rs. 59 (inclusive of taxes) applies to orders with a total value below Rs. 500.

2. How sure am I that the products delivered will be fresh?

All items delivered by us include a manufacturing date and an expiry date. If you identify any packaging damage or receive the wrong product upon delivery, you may request a return through our e-commerce website. For more details, please refer to our “Cancellation and Returns Policy.”

3. What if I am not home at the time of order delivery?

Our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts at your provided address. If you miss the first attempt, you’ll still have two more opportunities to receive your order.

4. If I am not home, can anyone else receive the order?

If the person who placed the order is unavailable at the delivery address, any individual present at the location (residential or otherwise) may receive the Products. This will be considered as a successful delivery.

5. Do you deliver to all cities?

We currently deliver across the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala, as well as to the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, and the NCR region.

6. What is the estimated shipping time? How will I know when the order is shipped?

For every order you place, you will receive an email with the order details. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with the shipping details. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-4 business days. and will reach the customer within 3 to 14 days.

7. Once the order is made, can the order be cancelled?

Orders placed by the Customer/Guest can only be cancelled before they are shipped. The refund will be issued as a coupon code or store credit within 15 days.

For orders that have already been shipped, refunds will only be processed in cases of damaged packaging or incorrect products shipped. Please refer to our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” for more details.

8. What about any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

VAT is applied to your order and will be displayed for review in your Shopping Cart. No additional charges are applied.

9. Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?

The return request must be made within three (3) days from the date of delivery. The Customer is responsible for returning the product to INSTALETTE’s warehouse at their own expense. Once the product is received at the warehouse, INSTALETTE will review and approve the return. Upon approval, a store credit or coupon code, as applicable, will be issued to the Account Holder or Guest. This credit or coupon will include the shipping cost incurred for returning the INSTALETTE product. For more details, please refer to our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” section.

10. In case what you have received differs from what you have ordered., how can we return the Product?

We have strict quality checks in place during our dispatch process, but occasional errors may occur. If you receive the wrong product, you can request a return through our e-commerce website. For further details, please refer to our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” section.

11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For approved cancellations, the refund will be issued as a coupon code or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
