Cancellations & Returns

1. INSTALETTE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed with incorrect pricing, discounts, or any other inaccurate information, including typographical errors. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

2. A customer may cancel an order for any Product only before it has been shipped. Order cancellations can be made by logging into the Instalette eCommerce website (“https://instalette.com“).

3. If the customer has an account on the e-commerce website, they can request order cancellation through the “My Account” section.

4. The Customer shall be bound by the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy on the e-commerce website and shall not hold Instalette (“Company”) liable for any loss incurred due to the cancellation or return of an order.

5. Returns after the dispatch of Products are only permitted for Prepaid or COD orders in cases of damaged packaging or incorrect product shipment. Exchanges are not allowed.

2. If the Product is found to have damaged packaging upon delivery or if the wrong product has been shipped, the User may request a return at any time after delivery but no later than three (3) days from the delivery date through the e-commerce website. The Customer must follow the return process outlined below.
  • Send an email to wecare@instalette.com requesting a return under the two specified circumstances or, if the Customer has an account, submit a return request through the “My Account” section.
  • The Customer/Guest shall be responsible for returning the Products at their own expense to the address provided below. M/s. INSTALETTE Flat No:2D, G1 Apartments, Srila Park Pride, Calavary Temple, Hyder Nagar, Vasanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana-500072
  • If there are any quality concerns, we will refund the amount paid by the customer for the specific product(s) and reimburse the courier charges incurred for returning the product to Instalette Store, provided valid proof is submitted.
  • All return approvals are subject to verification by the Company and are granted at the Company’s sole discretion.
3. If the Customer chooses to return a Product due to packaging damage or an incorrect item being shipped, the Product must be returned in its original condition as received. Opened packets cannot be exchanged or returned. Any free gifts included with the Product must also be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
4. In the event of order cancellation or return for reasons outlined in our Cancellation & Return Policy, M/s. INSTALETTE will process the refund using the same payment method originally used by the customer.

5. If a consumer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so either by canceling on the website (instalette.com) or by contacting us via email at wecare@instalette.com. Partial returns are not allowed. If a cancellation request is made via email, INSTALETTE will process the refund only after receiving the returned consignment at the INSTALETTE store (address mentioned above) within 10 working days. INSTALETTE reserves the right to recover the cost of logistics for both dispatch and return if the total consignment value exceeds Rs. 3,000/-.
